that the petitioner has served legal notice dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) before respondents No.2 and 3; however, the same has not been adverted to by the concerned authorities, till date. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, to consider and decide the aforesaid legal notice dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-1).

On advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Randhir Singh, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondents-State and opposes issuance of notice of motion. He further submits that the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula/competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending legal notice dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) within a period of six weeks from today.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Panchkula/competent authority to consider and decide legal notice dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) by way of passing a speaking order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, within a period of six weeks from today.
