(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the fact that the petitioner was seeking partial quashing of the FIR in question only qua her, and which was contrary to the ratio of law laid down by a Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M No.48043 of 2023 titled as Rakesh Das Versus State of Haryana and another, decided on 12.11.2024, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
