(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.129 dated 23.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 191(3), 190 and 324(4) of BNS registered at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana, Punjab.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.11.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 21.11.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

CRM-M-62783-2025 -2In this view of the matter, interim order dated 21.11.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
