+ $ ,-./ Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that there is persistent threat from the side of respondents No.4 to 11 to cause physical harm to the present petitioner and in this regard petitioner has already given representation Annexure P-3 to respondent No.2. However, the police authorities have failed to take necessary action against respondents No.4 to 11 on the basis of said representation. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking necessary direction to the official respondents to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of aforesaid private respondents.

- Singh submits that one complaint dated 21.12.2024 submitted by the present petitioner is already ordered to be filed after proper inquiry. The State counsel further submits that in case any such representation Annexure P-3 submitted by the petitioner is still pending, the same will be looked into and decided as per law by the competent authority, at the earliest. Learned State counsel further apprised the Court that during the inquiry conducted in complaint dated 21.12.2024, it transpired that actually there is dispute between the private parties with regard to usage of one private passage.
. In light of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2
