(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to conduct a meeting as directed by respondent No.1 vide order dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Muktsar Sahib, submits that in pursuance of order dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure P-2), the concerned Block Development and Panchayat Officer had already convened a meeting on 13.11.2025 and the resolution regarding carrying out of development works in the village already stands passed.
