Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition and the same may be disposed off as not pressed with liberty to raise all the pleas before the Rent Controller concerned. He further states that it may be clarified that observations made by the Rent Controller in the impugned order dated 11.10.2024 would not affect the merits of the case.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off as not pressed. It is, however, clarified that any observations made by the Rent Controller concerned in the impugned order dated 11.10.2024 shall not have any bearing on the merits of the case.
