The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No. 3 and 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to alternative remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
