RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.93, dated 25.11.2024, under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS, registered at Police Station Taragarh, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application there. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within seven days from today and applies for regular bail, the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within three days from the date of its filing.
