(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the impugned order Endst. No.DR/RK2/2637-39 dated 21.11.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Barnala, vide which the appointment of the petitioner dated 02.09.2024 (Annexure P-6), has been set-aside. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue on the post of Salesman with respondent No.5 - Society. Further prayer has been made to stay the operation of the impugned order Endst. No.DR/RK2/2637-39 dated 21.11.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Barnala. CWP No.34355 of 2024 After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by attaching all the necessary documents to show that the services of the petitioner have been terminated on the basis of the impugned report dated 21.11.2024 (Annexure P-10).
