(Oral) The present third petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (now Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.101 dated 04.07.2024 registered under Sections 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the parties inform this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the Trial Court.
