Learned State counsel refers to para 16 of the status report dated 06.03.2026 filed by Assistant Superintendent of Police, Ratia, District Fatehabad (Haryana), that after the cancellation report dated 30.07.2025 having not been accepted, the matter was sent for further investigation and the same has been enquired into under the supervision of senior officers and in strict compliance to the statutory provisions. He on instructions, states it shall be concluded within a period of 1 month.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petiitoner prays for liberty to avail of any alternate remedy, that may be available, after the aforesaid is done.
