Keeping in view the averments made in the application, same is allowed and the requisite reply is taken on record. Main case At this stage, counsel for the applicants submits that he has already filed an application under Section 10 of CPC, thereby seeking stay of the civil suit bearing No.1013/2024, pending in the courts at Rohtak, till the decision of the suit filed at his instance. In the given circumstances, counsel submits that since the applicants will be pursuing the civil suit under Section 10 of CPC, before the concerned court, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Ordered accordingly.
