(Oral) Seeking setting aside of the order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the Judge, Special Court, Moga, vide which the non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner after cancellation of the order granting bail and forfeiture of bail bonds, the instant petition has been filed. . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail. Learned State counsel is not in a position to dispute the same.

Since the petitioner(s) has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 10.11.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner(s) shall continue to appear before the trial Court.
