Mr. Rajesh Kumar Girdhar, Advocate, counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by the State counsel. 3.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of. 4.

In case, amount is not released within the aforesaid period, petitioner shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of completion of work.
