*** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) CRM-W-23-2026 Present application is for placing on record the medical records dated 16.12.2025 and 27.12.2025 as Annexure P-5 and P-6 respectively. Allowed as prayed for. Medical records dated 16.12.2025 and 27.12.2025 are taken on record as Annexure P-5 and P-6 respectively. CRWP-11952-2025 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his father needs treatment who has no other adult member to take care except one son who is suffering from mental illness.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that if petitioner is released on parole, he undertakes not to repeat the offence or shall not enter the property of the victim's family. Counsel for the State submits that parole can only be granted after one year of custody is completed. However, the person can be granted furlough/parole on other criteria, if there is any emergency.
Given above, present petition is disposed of with the observation that the official respondents shall consider petitioner's application afresh on all criteria on which he can be granted time to attend his father and take a decision within 15 days from today by passing a reasoned order.
