  This petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 20.09.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur in case bearing No. SC-160-2019 titled as 'State of Punjab Vs. Gurpreet Singh @ Bhairo etc.' whereby bail and surety bonds of the petitioner has been cancelled and forfeited to the State in case bearing FIR No.60 dated 13.04.2019 registered under Sections 308, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 (Sections 307, 324, 325 and 341 added later on) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City 1, Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the client is no more in contact with him and thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Disposed of as withdrawn at this stage.
