The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh after one year of custody or by annexing any judicial precedent where in a similar kind of drug with similar quantity, bail has been granted beyond 01 year of custody.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that there is no need to file fresh Power of Attorney and the existing Power of Attorney would suffice the purpose. All pending applications, if any also stands disposed of.
