This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial inquiry of complaint dated 28.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) and take legal action against respondents No.5 and 6, who had embezzled Panchayat funds by showing bogus work in the record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the concerned department. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
