Seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 8, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 2.

Notices are served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 3.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they had handed over representation to the concerned authority i.e. at Annexures P-2, P-3 & P-5, however he would be contended and satisfied if he is permitted to file a fresh representation and the same is decided by the concerned Officer in time bound manner. He further submits that he would not insist for decision on the above said old representations. 4.

Given above, let the petitioner represent to the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police within 15 days from today. If the petitioner files a representation with in the above-mentioned time period of 15 days, then, the same shall be decided by the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, within two months from that day. It is clarified that such order must be a reasoned order, and the same be communicated to the representationists as well as his counsel, without any delay.
