Learned State counsel submits that though initially the name of the petitioner surfaced based on disclosure statement of co-accused Aniket Verma, from whom intermediate quantity of contraband was recovered, however subsequently, commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered, it being 2 kgs. of heroin, from her house, view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 2.

Ordered accordingly.
