Criminal Misc. Application bearing No.CRM-2227-2026, under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed for withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-62718-2025, which is listed for 12.03.2026. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he has received the requisite instructions to seek withdrawal of the main petition. Accordingly, he prays that, on his oral request, the main case which is already listed for 12.03.2026 be preponed, so as to enable its withdrawal.

Although no reason has been assigned in the present application as to why the main petition seeking grant of regular bail is sought to be withdrawn, yet, on the oral request made by the applicant/petitioner, the date of hearing in the main case is preponed from 12.03.2026 to 23.01.2026, i.e., for today itself, and the same is taken on board for disposal.

In view of the prayer made by applicant/petitioner, main petition i.e. CRM-M-62718-2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
