(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing the FIR No.152 dated 10.09.2019, registered under Sections 376, 313, 328, 420 IPC at Police Station Kot Bhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab (Annexure P-5), as well as all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
