Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.58, dated 19.04.2022, under Sections 409,420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 201 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

By virtue of order dated 19.12.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hakam Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 19.12.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
