NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this second writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the order dated 13.12.2023 (Annexure P-6) whereby less retiral benefits including arrears of pay, GPF, leave encashment, pension were paid to the petitioner. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits to the petitioner with immediate effect along with costs.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
