Annexure A-1 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Main case Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner measuring 16 kanals was acquired in the year 2006. The land had been illegally released to a private builder, but the petitioner continues to be in possession as reflected in the jamabandi for the year 2020-21 (Annexure P-1). The respondents had issued a public notice on 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-9) for vacation of the land to which the petitioner has filed reply on 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-10), but the respondents have neither considered his reply nor passed an order in terms of the notice. In the afore-noted facts and circumstances, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and after considering the representation dated 18.06.2009 (Annexure P-7) and reply of the petitioner (Annexure P-10) pass an order in accordance with law. 6.

Till the final order is passed, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the possession.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No.2-Estate Officer, Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran/HUDA, Estate Office, Sonepat on 15.12.2025.
