The petitioners have filed the instant petition with a prayer to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and also directing the respondents No.4 to 6 not to interfere in their lives and liberty. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 05.11.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh and they shall be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to look into their representation dated 05.11.2025 (Annexure P-7). 2.

Learned State Counsel has placed on record the statements of the petitioners, which are taken on record. As per the said statements, petitioner No.2 has solemnized marriage with petitioner No.1 on 03.11.2025, and both are residing together happily. It is further submitted that the petitioners do not have any threat perception. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
