Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated by the complainant as against his nephew, her brother namely Sabi had registered FIR under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation) Act, 2014. Further that, there is no eye-witness to the factum of cutting of eucalyptus trees by her on the plot of which the complainant was a power of attorney holder given by her brother. She is not involved in any other case, ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 22.11.2025. In the event of her arrest, she shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions MOHIT 2026.01.12 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
