The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 21.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25470-2022, whereby respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 21.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25470-2022, learned counsel for the respondents submits that a speaking order dated 10.12.2025 has been passed by the Director, School Education, (Secondary), Punjab, after considering the case of the petitioner. He has produced a copy of the said order dated 10.12.2025. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, since order dated 21.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25470-2022, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 10.12.2025 passed by the Director, School Education, (Secondary), Punjab.
