The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of 'the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973', for quashing of FIR No.49 dated 20.02.2021 and FIR No.55 dated 23.02.2021 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 283, 323, 341, 506 and 34 of and under Sections 323, 324, 326, 506 and 34 of , Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise.

Mr. Rajeev Godara, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and filed Power of Attorney. The same be taken on record.
