Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.162 dated 03.11.2024, registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 190, 61(2) BNS, at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural.

By virtue of order dated 19.12.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surjit Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 19.12.2024 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
