By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 03.08.2019 (Annexure P-3), passed by learned SDJM, Balachour, District SBS Nagar, vide which, petitioner has been wrongly and erroneously declared as Proclaimed Offender, in case FIR No. 103, dated 30.07.2018, under Sections 420/406 of IPC (Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2013 and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, 1993, added later on), registered at P.S. Balachour, District SBS Nagar (Annexure P-1). 2.

Since the instant petition has been filed through a GPA, which has not been duly embossed/authenticated by the office of the concerned country, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one after following the proper procedure. 3.
