After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the instructions received by the learned State counsel that it is a case based on eyewitness account, wherein the complainant, who too was injured in the occurrence in question, has supported the case of the prosecution in its entirety, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
