 Seeking quashing of FIR bearing No.227 dated 12.07.2025, under Sections 304 and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sushant Lok, District Gurugram along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 17.10.2025/20.10.2025, the instant petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) contends that even though the present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise, however, currently the respondent No.2-complainant does not wish to make a deposition. He thus seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action as and when the settlement is fructified.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberties as aforesaid.
