The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023', for quashing of FIR No.29 dated 18.03.2018, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 451, 323, 326, 307, 148 and 149 of IPC 1860, Police Station Kharar, SAS Nagar Mohali, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise.
