This petition for pre-arrest bail, is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of 'the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023'. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 98 dated 15.05.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 420 and 120-B of 'the Indian Penal Code, 1860' and Section 24 of 'the Emigration Act, 1983' Police Station Sahnewal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, Punjab.

Vide order dated 27.01.2026, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer. It was also directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2026.03.05 17:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-62585 of 2025 in compliance with order dated 27.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from 'ASI Gurpreet Singh', has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation, and that for further investigation of this case his custodial interrogation is not required.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner has already join the investigation, the order dated 27.01.2026, granting interim anticipatory bail to him, is hereby made absolute.
