(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the instrument of parition (Sanad Taksim) dated 11.12.2023 (Annexure P-7); Mode of Partition dated 19.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 08.09.2023 (Annexure P-4), passed by the Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Rohtak.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the partition proceedings/Sanad Taksim by filing an appropriate revision before the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
