Learned counsel submits that the petitioner, during the pendency of the present petition, is stated to have appeared before the authorities on 07.01.2025, however was not considered, regarding which she shall submit a representation evidencing the aforesaid fact, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation within a period of 1 week, the same shall be decided within four weeks by the respondents.
