ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) Written statement on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, filed today in Court, is taken on record.

Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, submits that in compliance to the order dated December 19, 2024, passed by a coordinate Bench, the competent authority has passed the order dated January 10, 2025, under Section 80 (3) of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 ('1914 Act'). And, claim of the petitioner has since been rejected. He submits that the said order is appealable under Section 14 of the 1914 Act.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw this petition to enable the petitioner to assail the order dated January 10, 2025.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
