In the application form, he disclosed his name as 'Ram' whereas his actual name is 'Sandeep Kumar'. He signed said application as 'Sandeep Kumar'. All the documents enclosed with the application form disclosed his name as 'Sandeep Kumar'. The Admit Card was issued disclosing his name as 'Sandeep Kumar'. He qualified the test but appointment letter was not issued because of variation in the name in the application form vis-à-vis other documents.
