The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 16.05.2025 read with modified order dated 23.05.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-14148-2025. 2.

On the last date of hearing, last opportunity was granted to the respondents to comply with the order dated 16.05.2025, subject to payment of Rs.20,000/- to be deposited with the Indian Red Cross Society, Branch U.T., Chandigarh.

In compliance of the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14148-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 18.12.2025 of Anish Yadav, IAS, Director, Development & Panchayats VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.24 19:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-5630-2025 (O&M) -2Department, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14148-2025 has been complied with and the costs of Rs.20,000/- has been deposited with the Indian Red Cross Society, Branch U.T., Chandigarh. He has also produced a copy of Pension Payment Order issued in favour of the petitioner and a copy of letter dated 19.03.2026 showing that costs of Rs.20,000/- has been deposited with the Indian Red Cross Society, Branch U.T., Chandigarh, through RTGS mode. The same are taken on record. 5.

A perusal of the compliance report as well as Pension Payment Order shows that order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP14148-2025 has been complied with. 6.

In view of the above, since order dated 16.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14148-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 7.
