Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking issuance of appropriate directions for fair, impartial and transparent investigation/enquiry into complaint dated 08.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) submitted by respondent No.4 - Vinjay Kanodia. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ravinder, submitted that they have received the complaint on 13.10.2025 and they are inquiring into the matter and FIR is yet to be registered in this matter. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as no direction is required to be issued while exercising the jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India as the police inquiring into the matter, which is the prerogative of the investigating agency. It would not be appropriate for this Court, at this stage, to give any direction to the Investigating Agency. However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved, he would be at liberty to exhaust his legal remedies available with him, in accordance with law laid down in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P., 2008
