Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.673 dated 20.09.2018 under Sections 307, 120-B and 34 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Although it is not mentioned in the head note, but a careful perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the trial Court whereby his application for grant of regular bail has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the trial Court on each and every date. He further submits that the absence of the petitioner before the trial Court on 13.08.2025 was not intentional rather due to the reason that he had been arrested by the UP Police in another case, in which he remained in custody from 20.07.2025 to 14.08.2025. He further submits that the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court on 03.09.2025
