The instant second petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.595 dated 06.10.2022 under Sections 148,149,216,302,323,452,506 IPC and Sections 25,27,30 of the Arms Act registered at P.S Tehsil Camp, District Panipat. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
