In the present quashing petition, whereby, complaint as well as summoning order has been challenged, on 24.02.2025, following order was passed:- "

This Court has noticed that against the impugned summoning order, petitioner herein had availed the remedy by filing a revision i.e. CRR No.18 of 2022, however, the same was withdrawn on 30.09.2024 by giving a statement to avail alternative relief. The said order is reproduced hereunder:- 'Present Smt. B.K. Kang, counsel for revisionist.

Respondent in person.

Ms. B.K. Kang Advocate for revisionist has suffered her separate statement that she does not want to proceed further with the present revision petition and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the alternative relief. In view of the above saïd statement, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Revisionist is at liberty to avail the alternate remedy, if any, as per law. File be consigned to the record room, Tarn Taran after due compliance. Pooja Andotra Additional Sessions Judge Tarn Taran/30.09.2024'

It is also noticed that impugned summoning order was dated 31.01.2022 and it is after about quarter to two years, petitioner has withdrawn that revision petition and thereupon instead of availing alternative remedy, petitioner has instituted present quashing petition before this Court for challenging the complaint and summoning order.
