(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 4 to finalize and execute the demarcation and possession proceedings in pursuance of letter No.962, dated 19.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
