(Oral) The petition has been filed with the grievance that although the petitioner's past service has been ordered to be counted for pension and gratuity vide order dated 27.03.2023, the Department has failed to provide details of the Head of Account wherein due contributions are to be deposited by the petitioner's previous employer/Choudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University, Hisar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions received from Joint Director, Higher Education Department, contends that details of Head of Account where the contribution is to be deposited by the previous employer have been conveyed to learned counsel for the University, and an official communication to that effect will be sent to the University within two weeks.
