MAIN CASE The petitioners, by way of present petition, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, thereby directing the respondents to pay solatium @ 100% alongwith interest in terms of Section 30 read with Schedule I of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. [3] At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No. 6255 of 2024 titled as "Sukhdev Singh Versus Union of India and others"

[4] Learned counsel(s) for the respondent(s) are not in a position to controvert the above factual position.

[5] After going through the judgment passed by this Court referred to above as well as the facts of the present case, this Court agrees with the assertion of the learned counsel for the petitioners. [6] Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as Sukhdev Singh's case (supra).

[7] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
