(Oral) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-9) vide which petition filed by respondent No.2 was allowed and order dated 28.03.2018 (Annexure P-8) passed by Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar and order dated 06.10.2008 of final partition (Annexure P-5) and Sanad Takseem dated 12.05.2010 (Annexure P-6) have been set aside.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
