Learned counsel for the respondents contends that a Speaking Order dated 21.10.2025, has been passed by the District Education Officer, Panipat, Haryana, as such, the order dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-5519-2020, has been complied with. Copy of the aforesaid order dated 21.10.2025, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to tag the same at the appropriate place. 2.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the correctness of the order dated 21.10.2025.
