1. Learned counsel would contend that the joint/common seniority has been prepared of the Steno-typist, Hindi and English, despite there being a communication from the Commission to the Department dated 09.08.2023, regarding which, a representation dated 06.03.2024, Annexure P-10, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.
